Right of Return & Withdrawal

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

1. Be in the same condition as received. Be complete, unused, unopened and free from damage. Be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, accessories, manuals and any accompanying documentation.
2. Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note, etc.).

If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

Products Sent in Error

If, due to an error on our part (such as an order processing or shipping mistake), you receive products that you did not order, you must notify us and return the items within five (5) days of delivery. If the products are not returned within this period, the Company is under no obligation to re-execute the original order. When the return or replacement results from an error on our part, all shipping costs, including the shipment of the replacement product or the refund process, will be covered by the Company.

If you receive a defective product, you may request either: A replacement product, or A full refund. Provided that the defect is verified, all related shipping costs, including the shipment of the replacement product or the refund process, will be covered by the Company. The Company shall be liable for any lack of conformity or actual defect attributable to its responsibility, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Greek Civil Law.

If you wish to exchange a product for another, you may do so within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. You may exchange it for: another product of equal value, or a higher-value product by paying the price difference. Please note: Products damaged during their return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. Promotional or discounted products cannot be exchanged.

For product exchanges, both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement order are borne by the customer. Please contact us at +30 28410 51213 before sending the product back so we can advise you which courier service to use.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the product. The delivery date is considered to be the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete and submit the relevant Withdrawal Form (available on our website) or send another written declaration containing the same information by email to: kritsacoop@gmail.com Upon receiving your request, we will promptly acknowledge receipt via email.

Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to the following address: Agricultural Olive Oil Cooperative of Kritsa Kritsa, Lasithi 72051, Crete, Greece The product must be returned in the same excellent condition in which it was delivered. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please note that: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable.
