We kindly ask that you read them carefully before each visit or use of our website. By completing an order through our online store, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. Completion of an order also constitutes confirmation that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic, including but not limited to the legislation governing: Consumer Protection, Electronic Commerce, Personal Data Protection, Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

These Terms fully comply with both Greek and European Union legislation. Any failure by users or third parties to comply with these Terms releases the Company from any liability towards any affected natural or legal person, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

2. Security & Transaction Privacy

All information transmitted by users through our online store is treated as strictly confidential. To ensure the security of online transactions, the Company has implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures. Credit and debit card payments are processed directly through the secure payment environment of EUROBANK.

All card transactions are processed via the EUROBANK E-Commerce Payment Platform, using TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Encryption ensures that payment information is securely transmitted and can only be accessed by the intended recipient.

For your protection, kritsacoop.gr does not collect, process or store your credit or debit card details. Therefore, you will be required to enter your card information each time you make a purchase through our online store.

The Company reserves the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or edit any material or content on this website. Although it makes every effort to process all orders submitted, exceptional circumstances may arise under which it may need to refuse to process an order after it has already sent you the order confirmation, which it reserves the right to do at any time at its sole discretion.

It assumes no liability toward you or any third party for the removal of any products from this website, nor for the removal or modification of any material or content on the website, nor for the refusal to process or accept an order after it has sent you an order confirmation.

 Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to refuse the sale of products offered at an incorrect discounted price due to technical or pricing errors.

7. Purchase of Products

The operation of kritsacoop.gr complies with the applicable provisions of Greek consumer protection legislation, including Law 2251/1994 governing distance selling and electronic commerce.

Using this website does not incur any additional charges other than those imposed by your internet service provider.

Specific terms relating to individual products may also appear on product pages, order forms or invoices and shall form part of the purchase agreement.

 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, provided that the customer is informed within a reasonable period of time.

All prices displayed on the website are final prices and include the applicable VAT (13%), unless otherwise stated.

While every effort is made to ensure that all prices and product information are accurate, occasional typographical or technical errors may occur. If a product is displayed with an obviously incorrect price or inaccurate specifications, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Ordering Procedure

To place an order through our online store, simply follow these steps:

Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart.
Complete the checkout form by entering your billing details, shipping address, delivery method and preferred payment method. Review your order carefully before submission.
Submit your order and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you notice an error during the ordering process, you may return to the previous step and make the necessary corrections before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been submitted, you will automatically receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. After your order has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a second confirmation email containing the products to be shipped together with the courier tracking number. At this stage, the sales contract between you and the Company is considered concluded.

8. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

After successfully submitting your order, a confirmation message will appear on your screen informing you that your order has been successfully received. You will also receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your order and providing its details.

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation to the delivery address provided during checkout.

For deliveries to remote or inaccessible areas, parcels may be collected from the nearest local branch of the courier company.

Delivery shall be deemed completed when the recipient signs the courier's proof of delivery. Where you have designated another person to receive the order on your behalf, that person's signature shall constitute proof of delivery.

Responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery. For this reason, customers are advised to carefully inspect the package upon receipt, including: product identity, quantity, condition, packaging integrity, and any visible transport damage. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for delays or inability to deliver products caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, production interruptions, governmental actions, legislative changes, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, the Company will make every reasonable effort to notify the customer as soon as possible and discuss the available options regarding completion or cancellation of the order.
